Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of marketing campaigns to recruit new blood or plasma donors. This fast-paced role offers a diverse mix of strategic thinking and hands on implementation, requiring drive and resilience to deliver stretching targets within tight timeframes. No two days are the same as you will be leading marketing campaigns from concept to evaluation. You will join a focused and collaborative cross channel and agency team who are passionate about saving and improving thousands of lives every year.

Main duties of the job
In this challenging and fast paced role you will be leading on the development, coordination and delivery of the new blood or plasma donor marketing campaigns. You will develop engaging communications to target a variety of national and geo-targeted audiences effectively across paid, owned and earned channels. Your responsibilities include: Leading on the development and delivery of the annual blood marketing plan aligning to strategic objectives. Working with other departments and agencies to develop, deliver and evaluate marketing plans and campaigns which meet business targets. Working with Agencies and internal departments, accountable for the development, coordination and delivery of blood or plasma donor campaigns. Ensuring they deliver continuous learnings and efficiencies. Leading on the development alongside agencies, delivery and evaluation of national and targeted paid media activity, across a wide range of channels to meet the directorate aims and strategic objectives Leading on the continued programme of paid media testing to ensure we adopt learnings into future paid for campaigns, to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient paid for activity. Manage the delegated paid media budget (around £2m-£3m), tracking spend and forecasting cost per acquisition. Creating engaging creative platforms that can work cross channels, engaging with Donor Experience colleagues across the directorate to ensure consistency.
