Job summary
The post holder will play a vital role in the Company's DD&T Team responsible for team and project administrative support and other key activities. They will contribute to the success of the team in delivering a high-quality service to all stakeholders. Please note, this is a hybrid role with travel requirements to the base location of London/ Birmingham.
Main duties of the job
* Provide administrative support as required on the delivery of key digital projects. * Scheduling & attending meetings as and when required, taking accurate actions, and distributing to stakeholders. * Liaising with Digital team managers to ensure reports and updates are completed on time. * Supporting with Digital communications planning. * Developing relationships with stakeholders around the business and externally with suppliers and outside agencies. * Ensuring project management methods and good governance are maintained and applied across the full project lifecycle. * Support the Project Manager in the creation of project artefacts including plans and schedules. * Support the Project Managers with Digital related change projects. * Tracking and updating risk logs. * Completing weekly and monthly project reports and attending review sessions. * Provide ad-hoc administration and system support to the Digital team as required. * Continually engage with development and training opportunities on CHP's systems
