Receptionist - Tylorstown Surgery

Job summary

We are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist/Care Navigator to work 30-34 hours per week between the hours of 8.00am and 6.30pm on a rota basis. The successful candidate will also be required to work at our Branch Surgery at Ynyshir Medical Centre, 88 Ynyshir Road, Ynyshir CF39 0EN.

Duties will include: booking appointments, answering and making telephone calls and dealing with queries from patients, clinicians and other health professionals. Registrations, prescriptions, filing and any other duties as requested. Effective organisational, communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work as both part of a team and on your own initiative is essential.

20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays pro rata.
