Job summary
Oak Tree Surgery, Bridgend, requires a Practice Nurse to join its business. The successful candidate would be working at Band 5 or 6 level (A4C or equivalent) and ideally have experience of working within General Practice but it is not essential.
Post is Monday – Friday. Part time and job share applications considered. The post is permanent.
Working pattern to be agreed but flexible
Salary dependent on experience but in the range of
£25,218.29 – £35,598.38 per annum pro rata ( pay review pending)
Experience of working in Chronic Disease management, Minor illness and Sexual Health/ Family planning highly desirable but not essential.
Main duties of the job
Oak Tree Surgery is an EMIS practice in modern building with ample parking and easy access to the M4, the Vale of Glamorgan Heritage Coast and the Brecon Beacons. We enjoy working closely with our neighboring practices as part of Pen Y Bont Health Limited (formed out of Bridgend East Cluster).
The Practice is currently 10 GPs, 1 ANP, GP trainees and F2’s with a large nursing and support team
