Job summary

Glan Rhyd Surgery Vacancy - Practice NurseAn opportunity has arisen within the practice to support our established and enthusiastic clinical team.The successful applicant will be required to have proven interpersonal and clinical skills and meet the essential requirements of the attached person specification. Diabetes, cancer, or respiratory training would be important to complement our existing nursing team. We welcome professionals with the drive to bring new areas of special interest to the practice with a view to enhancing the care we provide across the clinical team.

Main duties of the job

Reporting to - The Practice Manager administratively and the GP partnership clinically.Proposed hours of work – 20-25 hours working Monday through to Friday to meet the needs of the businessSalary - will be dependent on experience (pro-rata for part time) and the Post is equivalent to band 6.Holidays- Five weeks’ holiday pro rata and the NHS pension scheme is in place.The interview process - will consist of a structured interview where you will have an opportunity to demonstrate the essential skills and personal specification required for the role, along with a presentation (medium of your choice) to highlight your suitability, desire, and aspiration for this role.A job description -of this role is available from the Practice Manager if you would like further details of the role and responsibilities.
