Job summary

The post-holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.

Main duties of the job

 Applications and enquiries for either a partnership or salaried GP position are welcomed to join our thriving, multi-disciplinary GMS practice. Posts would attract a competitive income on a full or part time basis.

Our welcoming staff include a Salaried GP, two experienced prescribing nurse practitioners, two paramedic practitioners, a dedicated pharmacy team, and access to on-site physiotherapy. We have a highly professional nursing and reception team. We utilise skilled administrators and software to effectively manage the GP clinical admin workload to maintain the work/life balance to allow you to enjoy all that the area has to offer.

We provide high quality care to over 7,300 patients from a brand new, modern, purpose-built integrated care centre. We are a high achieving, well-organised practice and use the Vision clinical system with Docman. We are an approved GP training practice and have medical students with us throughout the year.

Our family friendly practice is situated in the centre of picturesque Aberaeron on the beautiful coast of West Wales, with very affordable housing in stunning scenery amid the green rolling Welsh countryside and unspoilt beaches and coastline.

We can be flexible and supportive in relocation to the successful applicant if required.
