About us
Llan Healthcare is a friendly and forward-thinking GP practice serving approximately 20,000 patients across east Cardiff. Our IT team plays a vital role in ensuring that our digital systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with best-practice standards. Full NHS on-the-job training is provided, so previous healthcare IT experience is not essential.
We operate from two surgeries and employ around 59 staff who work across both sites. Our workforce includes a mix of clinical and non-clinical professionals, all committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Our clinical team consists of five GP partners, nine salaried GPs, and two retainer GPs, supported by seven nurses and eight Healthcare Assistants. The management structure includes a Business Manager, Practice Manager, Branch Manager, and an Office Manager at each site.
We are further supported by dedicated Admin, Prescribing, and IT teams, as well as a team of Patient Care Navigators who help ensure patients are directed to the most appropriate services.
