A well established, small friendly and dedicated team serving over 4,100 patients High quality clinical care (with high QAIF points) under a GMS contract Good skill-mix, with 3 GP's, Nurse Practitioner, 3 Practice Nurses, Pharmacist and good links with the wider primary care team EMIS clinical system with EMIS Scan A wide range of additional and enhanced services. Active with the GP Collaborative.
