Afan Valley Group Practice provides Primary Care Services to about 2,800 patients from 2 small health centres at Glyncorrwg and Blaengwynfi, about 5 miles apart and about 12 miles from Neath and Port Talbot. They are located in a scenic rural valley with 80% of patients living within a mile of the health centres. We are a very stable, well-run practice and pride ourselves in providing high quality, patient centred care and a supportive working environment.
Main duties of the job
Review requests received via 'Askmygp' up to 35 patient contacts per day maybe more on busier days, very little F2F contacts or home visits, signing prescriptions and report to the senior partner

2 partner practice ,1 retiring soon, ANP, PC, HCA's, Cluster Pharmacist, Social Prescribing, Dispensing Practice ,1 site, PM form part of the team. We use 'Askmygp' , no OOH, Medical Students, variety of Enhances Services, 6 weeks annual leave, pro-rata, medical indemnity provided. Tier 2 sponsorship can be provided if needed.
