Job summary

Bro Pedr Medical Group are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking Practice Business Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established thriving Training Practice in the University town of Lampeter, Ceredigion.

Salary£35,000 - £50,000 a year dependent on experience (FTE)

Closing date:17 November 2023Interview date:Week commencing 27 November 2023

Main duties of the job

To ensure the smooth, efficient running of the Practice, supporting the GP Partners and managing all business, staffing, operational and administrative areas of the Practice.

We are the largest Practice in South Ceredigion with approximately 12,100 patients. We are a hardworking, friendly team of 5 GP Partners, 1 Salaried GP, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurses and a full complement of support staff including an Assistant Practice Manager and Finance Manager.
