Job summary
We are looking for a salaried GP to join to join our team. Salary will be £11,000 per session per annum, plus NHS pension. We are open to discussion on number of sessions or days to be worked.
We are a friendly practice based in Pontypool, South Wales. The current medical team consists of 3 partners covering 7000 patients from our surgery in Pontypool. We aim to offer high quality clinical care to our patients while achieving a good work/life balance.
We offer a range of services to our patients including chronic disease management clinics and enhanced services including care homes, intrauterine contraception and contraceptive implants, learning disability health checks etc.
Alongside our 3 partners we also have a supportive team consisting of an advanced nurse practitioner, 2 experienced practice nurses and a HCA and Phlebotomist, as well as good administrative support. We also host clinics in house for Midwifery Services and Mental Health Services.
As a salaried GP we will offer the model BMA contract for salaried GPs.
