Job summary

The successful candidate will be employed by the GP Practice/Medical Centre, not Hywel Dda University Health Board

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit full or part time salaried GP's to join our friendly team in stunning rural North Pembrokeshire. Please see attachment for details.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Job responsibilities

Preseli Practice is training practice in the heart of beautiful rural Pembrokeshire, surrounded by mountains and sea. We strive to provide the highest quality Primary Care services. We offer the majority of enhanced services. We have an excellent and highly professional team of 3 GP Partners, 2 salaried GPs, 1 APP, 4 Nurses, 1 Nursing Assistant, 1 HCA, and 1 Phlebotomist all complimented by a supportive reception and administration team.

Clinical duties will include morning and afternoon surgeries comprising of face to face and telephone consultations and conducting home visits as required. Administration tasks will consist of signing repeat prescriptions, reviewing test results, sighting incoming clinical administration and implementing management and action, submitting referrals and updates and related administration.

The partners are passionate about supporting the team to enjoy a healthy work-life balance. Working patterns are designed to allow flexibility. Flexible start date.
