Accept patient referrals to agreed criteria and
be identified as the key worker for an agreed patient/client caseload.
Provide advice, education and support to
patients, their careers, and other health care professionals.
Practice clinically in agreed care settings
according to approved protocols or guidance.
Liaise with other hospital and community teams
along an agreed pathway to support the delivery of patient and family centred
seamless care

- What youll need:
- Undergraduate degree specialising in Respiratory Physiology, or similar healthcare science degree with experience working within the field of Sleep and Ventilation
Experience

- Experience of applying research evidence to clinical practice.
- Experience in Sleep and Ventilation Day case/Outpatient setting.
- In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of
- Relevant Qualifications
- Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable
