Job responsibilities
- To assist the Lead Radiographers in the day to day running of the Cardiac MRI and CT scanners, maintaining the high standards at all times.
- To deputise for the Superintendent / Lead Radiographers in their absence.
- To carry out monitoring procedures on equipment in the radiology Department, reporting any faults to the Superintendent Radiographer/Radiology Services Manager.
- To note any malfunction as per protocol and report any delay in the repair to the Superintendent Radiographer/Radiology Services Manager.
- To check and maintain stock levels and to ensure work areas and equipment are kept clean and tidy and in good safe working order.
