Job summary
Southern Health are currently looking for an experienced OT to join their Acute Occupational Therapy Team at St Marys Hospital. Main duties of the job
Within this role, you will be working with patients with neurological diagnosis and will be based on acute wards completing assessments, interventions and complex discharge planning.

residential placements through both social care and continuing health care,
reducing domiciliary care packages as well as improving health outcomes.

requires a Specialist Occupational Therapist to provide Clinical specialist
skills in Occupational Therapy interventions related to this clinical area.
The post
holder will manage a clinical caseload as specialist clinician to support
Occupational Therapy service delivery in this area of clinical speciality.
