Main duties of the job

Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring patient understanding and compliance.

Act as a key worker in rehabilitation, coordinating complex discharge planning and facilitating goal-setting meetings.

Provide specialised physiotherapy care for inpatients

Maintain accurate records of treatment and care, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
