Job summary
To
be successful in applying for this role you will need:
Have
a professional qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work or
Occupational Therapy and have a current registration with the appropriate
registration body (Nursing and Midwifery Council, Social Work England or Health
and Care Professions Council).
Have
experience of mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions with
children and young people with mental health problems and their families
Main duties of the job
Role
responsibilities:
You will carry a caseload of patients and work with them, using
evidence-based practice to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
Then conducting risk assessments / safeguarding assessments to ensure
the correct support is provided.
You will create treatment plans to support management / recovery of
their mental health challenges.
Work within the Multi-Disciplinary team to contribute to formulating and
implementing interventions for patients.
