Ward:Herefordshire Community Learning Disability Team

Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 16.00pm

Main duties of the job

Youll work with people with social disabilities to help them do everyday activities. Youll spend time with individuals to found out they do in there day to day life and help them find ways to overcome challenges
