Job summary

Job responsibilities

To be successful in applying for this role you will need:

Role responsibilities:

You will carry a caseload of patients and work with them, using evidence-based practice to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.

Then conducting risk assessments / safeguarding assessments to ensure the correct support is provided.

You will create treatment plans to support management / recovery of their mental health challenges.

Work within the Multi-Disciplinary team to contribute to formulating and implementing interventions for patients.
