Job Title: HR Business Partner

Pay: £29.33 per hour

Location: Bolton Hospital, Minerva Road, Bolton, BL4 0JR

Shift Pattern: Monday- Friday (37.5 hours a week)

Main duties of the job

Implement the Trusts People Plan in the Divisions / Directorate, working flexibly to accommodate local issues and balancing short term need with longer term aims.

Monitor progress towards People Plan objectives within the Divisions / Directorates, developing actions to ensure strategy objectives are achieved.

Provide a strategic people focussed approach to workforce issues and challenges, recognising and advising on the wider implications of decisions and identifying potential for organisational development interventions to impact culture.

Facilitate the development and implementation of actions to support and increase staff engagement and involvement.

Work closely with the Occupational Health and OD team on the development and implementation the staff wellbeing offer.
