Job Title: Finance Business Partner
Location: John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, OX3 7LE (Hybrid role- 3 days in office, 2 days at home)
Pay: £19.10 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday- Friday (37.5 hours a week)

Main duties of the job
Under the direction of the Divisional Head of Finance, to plan and co-ordinate development of the annual budget for the Directorates within the postholders remit, within the Trusts financial framework.
Ensure that monthly budget monitoring reports are robust and take accurate account of all appropriate accruals within the agreed timetable.
Support the Divisional Head of Finance in preparing, reviewing and maintaining a robust forecast financial outturn position for the Directorates within the postholders remit.
Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, costings and appraisals for the Directorate, including monthly variance analysis.
Liaising with consultants, senior clinical and non-clinical staff in the provision and explanation of often complex and confidential information, including potentially both staff and patient identifiable information (subject to Information Governance requirements). This will include participation in one-to-one and departmental meetings with budget managers.
