Job Title: Carpenter

Location: Warneford Hospital, OX3 7JX

Shift Pattern: Monday- Friday 8am-4pm

Pay: £19.10 per hour

Main duties of the job

Be a key member of the estates team; with the responsibility for completing reactive carpentry works, PPM and small works across the Trust; with responsibility of ensuring that works are completed to the highest standard and meeting all legislation requirements for work undertaken. You will be part of a multi-skilled, multi discipline team and will participate in a 24/7 on call rota.

Responsible for overseeing and supporting any carpentry works undertaken by the Property Maintenance Operatives.

The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.

  • Substantial and significant practical and theoretical building structure and fabric knowledge
  • Extremely detailed knowledge of HTM/HBN requirements in relation to estate manage-ment
