Job Title: P3O Senior Estates Project Manager Location: Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading RG1 5AN Pay: £35.04 per hour

Hours/ Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 08.00-16.00

Job Overview:

As a key contributor, you will be an integral part of the Trusts mission to manage and deliver innovative construction projects that enhance healthcare infrastructure.

Main duties of the job

Strategic Leadership: Support the Head of Projects (P3O Portfolio Manager) in managing and delivering the Estates Program of Works. Embrace autonomy in the professional management and delivery of RBHT Estates Capital and Revenue construction projects.

Dynamic Collaboration: Advise and consult with stakeholders, clinical management teams, and other stakeholders across all levels within the Trust. Engage daily with Quantity Surveyors, Consultants, Contractors, and Specialist Contractors.

Operational Excellence: Operate within a Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management (P3M) office using Managing Successful Programmes and PRINCE2 project methodology.

Project Management Mastery: Exercise autonomous professional responsibility for managing a range of capital construction schemes, overseeing feasibility, procurement, completion on-site, and relevant defects periods. Projects will range from £25k to £5m in value.
