Job Title: HVAC Works Project Manager Location: Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading RG1 5AN Pay: £29.33 per hour

Shift Pattern/ Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 08.00-16.00

Job Overview:

As a key contributor, you'll be an integral part of our mission to manage and deliver cutting-edge construction projects that enhance healthcare infrastructure.

Main duties of the job

Precision in Practice: Operate within a Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management (P3M) office, unleashing your skills with PRINCE2 project methodology.

Autonomous Brilliance: Assume autonomous professional responsibility, overseeing the overall management of diverse capital construction schemes. From small works at £10k to projects up to £1m, be the driving force from feasibility through procurement to completion.

Strategic Collaboration: Assist the Head of Projects in shaping the overall Estates Project Works programme. Monitors spend and procurement, ensuring compliance with RBFT and department governance across multiple projects.

Innovative Implementation: Participate in the implementation of department procedures and systems, contributing to P3O and Brand Manual development.

Safety Leadership: Take the reins in managing and monitoring CDM2015 and other aspects of project Health and Safety, prioritizing a secure working environment.

Performance Pioneer: Provide key performance indicators, showcasing the outstanding performance of the Trust's Estates and Facilities capital programme against national and local standards.
