Job Title: Quality Administrator
Location: Littlemore MH Centre, OX4 4XN (WFH 4 days and 1 in office)
Pay: £25.60 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours a week (will accept 30 hours)

Main duties of the job
Provide administration support to the Chief Nursing Officer, Head of Clinical Standards & Excellence, or on an ad-hoc basis anyone working within the remits of the CQC, and CNO quality programmes.
Follow up action plans, arrange and minute meetings, update project documentation, manage queries to the team and ensure correspondence is logged and actioned.
Work independently and manage own workload, use initiative but with support and guidance.
At times of CQC inspection work flexibly by making arrangements at very short notice such as room bookings, parking, refreshments, inspector identification badges, liaising with the CQC and colleagues.
Positively promote the Trust's improvement journey and objectives to get to a CQC rating of good and then outstanding by acting as an advocate for improvement.
