About the Trust

They provide a wide range of clinical services, specialist services (including cardiac, cancer, musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation) medical education, training, and research.
Main duties of the job
Responsible for developing detailed project plans for the delivery of specific projects within the Transformation Work Streams for implementation within Divisions and across the Trust where appropriate.
Ensure that specific projects assigned meet key milestones and timescales.
Lead and guide the project Operational Board and/ or User Groups ensuring regular meetings are held, minutes kept, appropriate reports are presented and agreed actions are implemented.
Ensure active communication with key members of the implementation team and to persuade and influence stakeholders including senior staff to agree and cooperate with the project implementation plan.
Ensure that all employees within the Trust are effectively communicated with, taking on board the nature of the project this may involve hostile and highly emotional situations which will need to be dealt with using high level negotiating and persuading skills, as cooperation is needed.
Ensure that all key stakeholders are represented as the projects move forward and to take into account their views.
