About the Trust
We provide mental health and learning disability care for people across Norfolk and Suffolk. We support a population of just over 1.6 million people and employ more than 4,700 staff. Our biggest bases are at Hellesdon Hospital, Norwich, Wedgwood House, Bury St Edmunds and Woodlands Unit in Ipswich but our staff are based in more than 50 locations.
Main duties of the job
Build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
Leading highly complex operational change projects in a positive manner that may be resisted by, and unpopular with staff and/or stakeholders
Manage challenging change programmes that may financially impact on services and individuals resulting in negative changes to existing services.
Provide and communicate complex, sensitive and highly contentious information to key stakeholders.
Identify the key groups and individuals with whom to engage and communicate;
Identify, develop, and implement project data for collection and reporting to timelines
Present project information and issues, explaining complexities, to a wide range of internal and external staff
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, staff and project boards.
Work in close cooperation with senior managers/project directors.
