Location: Sheffield Childrens Hospital, S10 2TH
Working pattern: Mon, Tue, Thurs (negotiable) 22.5 hours a week, 9am-5pm

About the Trust
Sheffield Childrens NHS Foundation Trust is one of only three dedicated childrens hospital trusts in the UK and provides integrated healthcare for children and young people, including community and mental health care as well as acute and specialist services. We provide a full range of services for residents of Sheffield and South Yorkshire as well as specialised services for patients from across the United Kingdom.
Main duties of the job
Supporting the Associate Director - Corporate Affairs in providing a high-quality service to the Board of Directors and Council of Governors and their committee meetings, including drafting agendas, taking notes/writing minutes and maintenance of the committee action logs, chasing updates when required.
Responsibility for supporting a number of high-level meetings
Preparatory work such as pre-meetings, generating agenda, quality controlling reports
Attending meetings and monitoring the governance requirements for the meeting
Post-meeting activity such as drafting minutes, circulating and following up on actions.
