Main duties of the job
Deliver day-to-day budget administrative management for the EPR team ranging from managing the purchase / ordering / receipting of small sundry items through to larger supplier procurement/contract payments.
Maintain an audit log in line with programme processes, which will involve close working with colleagues across the Trust teams.
You will be required to review contractual information to ensure accuracy and agreed service level targets and deadlines are met, with any anomalies flagged in a timely manner.
Be the lead on commercial contract administration and management to include chairing account management meetings; procuring contracts; ensuring NDAs and Framework contracts are used as appropriate. Evaluative of contracts to include contributing to and carrying out CCN reviews.
Performance management at a supplier level, to ensure deliverables are met and deviations identified and managed.
