Main duties of the job
Accountable for the production of project activities as appropriate, including producing detailed plans, producing/co-ordinating the writing of appropriate system/function/documentation to support the implementation of new systems and processes, writing test plans, co-ordinating set-up activities, organising training, data migration and data upload, co-ordinating roll-out of new functionality, and conducting post implementation reviews.
Drive the project progress including active management of action logs, meeting organizing
Understand and interpret information gathered through the projects of work to identify key milestones and manage risk and issues logs.
Monitor projects, write progress and highlight reports and communicate effectively with identified project stakeholders which will include producing reports for to the Director of Safety and Experience, the PSIRF Delivery Group and Patient Safety Strategy Group Board.
Ensure that agreed project management standards are implemented and adhered to on all projects.
Work effectively with project stakeholders, taking directions and offering advice and guidance.
