Main duties of the job

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Develop strong working relationships and networks with key stakeholders including those in the operational services, the estates team, IT team and external companies and providers.
  • Provide plans that adhere to project management methodology to ensure that all necessary actions are in place to deliver the projects aims and milestones.
  • Present projects and outcomes to governance and board committees as required, evaluating success and providing options for continuation, development or cessation of projects as appropriate.
  • Work with the Medical Devices manager and service leads to gain a comprehensive understanding of current processes, exploring options for the transformation of processes if required, which promotes effective servicing, repair and procurement of essential medical devices.
