Location: Hybrid working between PPE warehouse, working from home, and trust locations. PPE Warehouse, 7 Fenchurch Court, Bobby Fryer Close, Cowley, Oxford, OX4 6ZN

Payrate: £25.60 per hour

Hours: Monday Friday 09:00 17:00 (37.5)

Main duties of the job

• You will be a key member of the estates and facilities project management team; with responsibility for costing and resourcing allocated to them are designed in accordance with statutory requirements, regulations, and guidance; and delivered in accordance with the agreed programme.
• Set up and manage Project to produce Business case proposal to inhouse Logistics management service across the Trust.
• Data Gathering and analysis.
• Report Production
• Gap analysis of the current service.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to establish future requirements, SLA KPI etc.
• Cost and plan Delivery modal to include service, staffing levels, resources, infrastructure needed for the proposed logistics service.
