Job Title: PALS Advisor 37.5 hrs per week

About the Trust

Salford Royal is based at Stott Lane, and it is easily accessible via both car and public transport. There is onsite parking (fees will apply). It has four on site cafes and two restaurants where staff are eligible for a discount. The hospital also has on site shops.

Main duties of the job

• The role will include inputting new PALS cases on to Datix
• To answer the PALS telephone line and take concerns over the phone. If the query is not complex, then they will have to contact the service management team to resolve the concern.
• To monitor the mailboxes and attach emails/ documents to Datix system.
• The placement will need to access patient information and contact various members of staff within the organisation.
