post holder will participate in the provision of high-quality and comprehensive

Job responsibilities
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work as an autonomous OH specialist nurse/advisor, managing day-to-day clinical casework including self and management referrals and pre-placement medicals.
- Undertake clinical admin activities such as triage of referrals, responding to clinical enquiries and liaising with stakeholders.
- Provides professional advice based on evidence-based practice to the Trust, clients, managers and external clients.
- Maintains accurate clinical records as per NMC/FOM guidance and in accordance with the policy be it paper or electronic.
- Participates in clinical audits.
- Understands and uses an incident reporting system.
- Supports and participates in formal/informal teaching of OH staff.
