Job summary

NHS Professionals are looking for a computer literate candidate to support in Design & Print Services at Ipswich Hospital. The role is a Bank placement until the end of February 2024 for 25 hours per week (5 hours per day, Mon-Fri.) Shifts will start between 9:30 and 10:30 each day.

Main duties of the job

Selecting pre-printed items (stock stationery) from shelves and putting them in a box ready for dispatch.

Laminating printed items.

Hole-punching printed items.

Cutting printed items to the right size.

Printing.

Helping with deliveries when they arrive.

Completing and updating information about whats been printed.

Communicating confidently by email, telephone, MS Teams, and in person.

Assisting with other tasks that help the smooth running of Print Services.
