Hours: Full time Up to 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri, 8am-4pmor 8.30am- 16.00pm

  • Perform advanced physiotherapeutic assessment of patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions, to provide a diagnosis and develop and deliver an individualised treatment programme.
  • Communicate with relevant medical and nursing staff, social workers, and other health care professionals, and patients relatives and carers who may be in direct contact with the post holder with regard to patient care in order to facilitate a team approach to patient care.

  • Hold responsibility for own case load and be responsible for a defined area of the service or a particular patient type, working without direct supervision.

  • HCPC registered.
  • Degree In Physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of
