  • Assessing and monitoring patient conditions and arranging diagnostic tests
  • Recognising deterioration in the physical or mental condition of a patient and taking appropriate action / escalation

  • Displaying excellent analytical ability and sound decision making in changing clinical situations
  • Recognising limitations and escalating concerns.

Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, rated Good in their most recent CQC report, provides a wide range of mental health, physical health and learning disability services across Hampshire. Based in the centre of the South Coast, Hampshire has excellent transport links, with the M3 and M27, an airport in Southampton, as well as quick and easy access to London. What you'll need:

  • A car and valid UK driving license
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a community environment within the last 2 years
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices

*Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.
