Essential

  • At least 3 years Clinical experience within a Pharmacy setting

Qualifications

Essential

  • Masters Degree in Pharmacy plus successful completion of pre-registration training year (or earlier equivalent.)
  • Member of General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Diploma/MSc in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Prescribing Qualification
