Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and GPhC accredited Pharmacist from either a Hospital or a Mental Health background, to lead our Pharmacy team in prescribing and dispensing prescriptions to hospital patients within the Mental Health Department.

Main duties of the job

Role:

To prescribe for patients (children) who have a diagnosis of ADHD. This includes:

Physical health monitoring of the patient (BP, pulse, height, weight, referral for ECG when necessary)

Selection, titration and monitoring of ADHD meds

Initiating patients on ADHD meds

-Conducting annual reviews for patients under GPs.
