Job Title: -Registered Gynaecology Nurse

Trust location: -Liverpool Womens NHS Foundation Trust

Pay Rates: -£19 -£30 Per hour.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of gynaecological complaints/ conditions or a willingness to learn.

• Delivering and maintaining high standards of nursing practice and promoting the philosophy of patient and family centred care.
• To be responsible for the assessment of patient care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of plans of care, ensuring high standards of evidence-based care, using a defined model/ care pathway in conjunction with senior staff.
• To undertake all nursing procedures in accordance with Trust Policies and ensure these procedures and policies are understood and adhered to.
• To communicate with patients and significant others with empathy and reassurance regarding assessment, care and treatment aiming towards a user centred care approach.
• To maintain accurate and comprehensive nursing records using appropriate documentation in accordance with the NMC recommendations and Trust guidelines.

Person Specification

Experience

Essential

• A minimum of 6 months paid experience on a busy Gynaecology ward. Statement of NMC Registration
• Degree /Diploma in Nursing
