Care Compliance Associate (Hybrid)

Job summary

We are looking for a Compliance Associate for the care teamto join our supportive and inclusive team at Suvera.You will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective administrative support. This will encompass handling complaints, incidents, audits and serving as a friendly and helpful point of contact for the care team, patients, partners and other internal and external stakeholders as required.

This role will report to the GP Clinical Leadand support the Governance and Care Operations teams.

Main duties of the job

  • Support the governance team with complaints, incidents and risk management
  • Be responsible for maintaining the incident management systems
  • Assist in data collection from various clinical / EHR systems (EMIS & SystmOne) and the preparation of audits, random checks and report findings as necessary
  • Own and co-ordinate the publication of policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines and audits - using your excellent organisational skills, version control mechanisms and communication practices for new publications and enforcement/monitoring of these items
  • Own and coordinate the company audit schedule which includes clinical, technical, operational, and data governance audits
  • Promptly and effectively triage incoming reportable events (incidents, safeguarding concerns, complaints & reactive feedback) using the appropriate technology
  • Some reportable events will require assignment to other teams or individuals in the company, and some of these events will be owned by you for investigation and resolution
  • Promptly and effectively monitor, log, investigate and resolve formal complaints coming through via email or telephone, which should also be moved into the relevant platform for visibility and tracking
  • Collate and document quarterly proactive feedback results from patients, partners, and Suveras team working closely with other functions
  • Assist with weekly patient onboarding onto Suvera Clinical system
  • Supporting with other administrative duties within the Care Operations Team
