Care Navigator Supervisor

Job summary

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and flexible care navigation supervisor, with excellent interpersonal skills, to join our fantastic team at Derby Road Surgery in Ipswich.The vacancy is offered on a part-time basis for 20.25 hours a week. The days and hours are as follows, however, this may be negotiable for the right candidate;

Thursday 8:00-18:30

Friday 7:45-18.30

Main duties of the job

• Provide leadership to the care navigator/reception team.
• Deal with any escalated queries and requests from patients or team.
• Ensure scanning and filling is up to date.
• Assist the practice manager with any complaints.
• Manage the reception rota arranging cover for absences.
• Support the induction and training of new employees.
• Carry out start and end of day procedures, ensure team follow procedures.

Flexibility is crucial to accommodate training, holidays and occasional sickness.

We plan to hold interviews w/c 15th September 2025.
