We have an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist to join our well-established clinical practice pharmacy team, to work across our clinical patient facing sites including Haverhill, Long Melford and Lavenham. This includes working from our centralised hub in Haverhill, where most of the clinical workload is triaged with telephone and virtual consultations. This role is offered on a full or part-time basis, Monday to Friday with the possibility of some homeworking.

What's the role?

  • You'll work with a highly-skilled, well supported and forward thinking clinical team.
  • Essentially you will provide support for the management and development of prescribing systems to ensure safe, effective and quality prescribing within Unity.
  • You will be a key member of the clinical pharmacy practice team working alongside pharmacists and pharmacy technicians reporting to the senior pharmacist.
  • You will also be involved in processing Econsult queries from patients.

We have a team of 4 clinical pharmacists, 4 pharmacy technicians, 1 pre-registration pharmacy technician and 2 medicines care coordinators.

We want to invest in our staff, so professional development is encouraged and supported. We will support you towards, an independent prescribing qualification unless already an independent prescriber.
