Nurse Practitioner

Job summary

The Grove Medical Centre located in Felixstowe are looking for an experienced nurse practitioner to work within our supportive, professional and experienced team. This position is offered on a part-time basis, ideally 3 full days each week but we are willing to negotiate for the right applicant. This is a varied role providing advanced clinical care, managing a variety of acute and chronic conditions through both face-to-face and telephone consultations whilst working independently and alongside GPs and nurses to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. We work on an 'on the day service' which has been successfully received by our staff and patients.

Main duties of the job

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patient conditions within your scope.
• Prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Provide telephone triage and face-to-face appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Support practice initiatives and participate in audits and training.
