Job summary
Together Dental in Ipswich are looking for an Associate Dentist to join our busy team on a full-time basis. At Together Dental we bring together the best dental talent and help our teams become leaders in their field. Although there is a NHS requirement that needs to be fulfilled, the associate must also be keen to develop skills in private dentistry in an ethical, steady and safe environment, supported by us.
Main duties of the job
We can offer;
- £15 UDA rate
- Profit share option (detailed below)
- Potential private earnings from £60,000
- 50% private rate
- Days available - Monday to Friday from 8.30am - 5.00pm
- Option of discounted diplomas with Tipton Academy and a discounted full Invisalign course
- Option for additional earnings by supporting a dental therapist and / or an overseas dentist
Profit Share Option:
- A base profit level will be set. This will be the base line against which growth is measured.
- The incentive would be based on improvement in the profit of the practice.
- The amount paid is relative to each £ in increase of profit.
- There is no buy-in cost, so no risks, only upside opportunity.

Parking on site, but also a public car park next door. - Ability to demonstrate understanding of the issues relating to the management of clinical dental services.
- Ability to lead and work as part of a healthcare team.
- Ability to manage change effectively
