HR Advisor

Job summary

Suffolk GP Federation are looking to welcome an HR advisor. The successful applicant will join Unity Healthcare GP practice in Haverhill, for a permanent, full-time position, ideally for 37.5 hours per week but with a minimum of 30 hours (4 days). This position is part of the investment in our workforce to lead on providing HR advice, support and guidance on a range of operational HR issues across Unity Healthcare.

Main duties of the job

• Provide day-to-day HR support to Unity.
• Be the first point of contact for line managers and employees.
• Coach and guide line managers with the full HR life cycle, embedding the federation culture and approach whilst providing up to date accurate HR advice.
• Manage and ensure the ongoing use of the practices HR and compliance system (TeamNet).
