Together Dental in Downham Market is looking for a permanent dentist to join their busy practice on a full-time basis.

Main duties of the job
You will be joining a team with the superb support of:
- Access to our clinical support team.
- An established patient base.
- Regional manager and clinical director available.
- Support with training.
- Access to supporting specialists for more complex cases.
- Robust internal marketing system which actively promotes individual dentist's special interests to direct patients for specific treatments.
We can offer;
- £19 per UDA if you support a dental therapist and an overseas dentist.
- Otherwise £15 UDA rate.
- £20,000 Golden Hello.
- Potential private earnings from£60,000.
- 50% private rate.
- Days available - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (late night available), Friday and Saturdays.
- Discounted diplomas with Tipton academy & discounted courses with Invisalign.

Together Dental Downham Market is a fully equipped 9 surgerymixed NHS and private practice based in thecentreof Downham Market which is a lovely market town in Norfolk. Fully air conditioned with free parking nearby, our practice is easily commutable from Cambridge, Norwich & Kings Lynn and is less than a mile from Downham Market railway station. - Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Appropriate IT skills.
- Ability to plan and organise.
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of the issues relating to the management of clinical dental services.
- Ability to lead and work as part of a healthcare team.
- Ability to manage change effectively
- Demonstrable teaching skills
- Understanding of the legal and ethical framework within which dentists practice, particularly those pertinent to special care dentistry.
- Wide experience of primary dental care.
