Data & Outreach Coordinator

Job summary

Canvey Island Primary Care Network, (PCN) have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent data and outreach coordinator to join our team. This position is offered on a part-time basis, working 19.5 hours per week, ideally Monday, Tuesday and Friday. The role involves providing a high quality, comprehensive and effective administration skills.

Main duties of the job

• Minute taking, meeting organisation, and following up with actions.
• Producing data reports and audits from SystmOne.
• Acting as the first point of contact for the clinical team to provide support with general queries.
• Maintaining the staffs clinical rotas on SystmOne.
• Providing administration support to the PCN educational events.
• Working with the clinical team with scheduling outreach events and forums.
• Liaising with patients and members of the community.
