Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our thriving and highly respected surgery in Bedford as part of our management team. Full training and support will be provided and there are opportunities for further development. We are supportive of part time or flexible working arrangements for this role.
You will be responsible for working with the partners and current management team to support day to day running of the practice. There is a weekly review meeting and a named partner available to support each day.
Main duties of the job
Duties will include the following and other tasks as needed by the practice and according to your own development and skills:
- Updating and adding rotas
- Audits and quality reviews
- Supporting HR admin especially for new starters
- Reviewing and processing claims for different work streams
- Supporting development of increased online access.
