Job summary

Chelmer Medical Partnership has an exciting opportunity for a workflow administrator to join our busy practice support team, on a part-time basis for 22 hours per week.

The function of this vital role is to ensure all episodes of care received outside of the surgery are documented in the practice clinical system accurately, so attention to detail is paramount.

Main duties of the job

You will be responsible for scanning, reviewing, and coding incoming clinical correspondence from a range of internal and external services, including NHS 111, hospital clinics and community services.

You must be flexible and able to work extra hours to support colleagues sickness and holiday absence.
